Our one-of-a-kind, unique, fun, and interactive 4-week birth and postpartum course focus on the human experience, the sexuality of birth and postpartum, intuitive birth, and family-centered care. We will cover all topics from nutrition and mindful movement, labor progress, pain management, breastfeeding, newborn care, and so much more. We meet every Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:30 p.m. for four consecutive weeks (1 week off for Sept 13th). This series will be hosted in Santa Clarita Valley.
